Lead Anti-Counterfeiting Specialist

At Novo Nordisk, we're committed to creating a better future for patients. That's why we're seeking a highly skilled Lead Anti-Counterfeiting Specialist to join our Compliance & Legal Department in Beijing.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in promoting our anti-counterfeiting efforts and collaborating with authorities, internet platforms, and other stakeholders to protect our brand and prevent counterfeiting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead advocacy work with authorities to combat counterfeiting and promote our brand protection efforts.
  • Promote our anti-counterfeiting work and efforts to external stakeholders, including authorities, media, and other relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with authorities to enable enforcement actions on new counterfeiting activities.
  • Collaborate with internet platforms to monitor infringements and take mitigation actions.
  • Support other anti-counterfeit work as necessary.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, preferably with a legal background and professional certifications (P.R.C. Bar).
  • At least 10 years of working experience in a multinational company or leading law firms specializing in IP (trademark protection).
  • Substantial experience in working with authorities at central and local levels, including police, medical product administration, and market regulation authorities.
  • Substantial experience in anti-counterfeiting and brand protection.
  • Strong communication skills, especially interaction skills with people.
  • Strong written and verbal English, ability to report and communicate cases to management and prepare presentations and briefings.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
