Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist, Operations, Trns Svcs-Treasury/Cash Mgmt, Corporate Banking to join our team at DBS Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute foreign currency and cross-border RMB transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing regulations.
  • Process and resolve daily transaction queries and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks associated with transactions, escalating concerns to team leaders as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit internal and external reports, as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in foreign currency and cross-border RMB transaction processing.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies related to foreign currency and cross-border RMB transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • English language proficiency (TOEFL level 4 or higher).
  • Professional certification in foreign exchange or a related field (e.g. CFA, CFP).

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, with a standard working week of 40 hours. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
