Job Title: Specialist, Operations, Trns Svcs-Treasury/Cash Mgmt, Corporate Banking

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist, Operations, Trns Svcs-Treasury/Cash Mgmt, Corporate Banking to join our team at DBS Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash management and treasury operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in foreign exchange and cross-border RMB remittance business review and related operations;
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies;
  • Ability to handle daily cash management and treasury operations, including transaction processing and query resolution;
  • Strong risk control awareness, adhering to anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing requirements, and completing transaction screening work in a timely manner;
  • Preparation and submission of internal and external reports;
  • Strict adherence to internal procedures for daily reconciliation, notification of problematic transactions to team leaders, and coordination with relevant departments for investigation;
  • Maintenance of good relationships with internal and external clients to meet business needs;
  • Collaboration with team leaders to achieve group internal audit and external audit requirements, and completion of rectification requirements within the specified timeframe;
  • Assistance in developing and completing business continuity plans and organizing drills;
  • Participation in daily business-related system testing projects, including UAT and LV;
  • Other internal departmental work arrangements and adjustments.

Education and Relevant Experience:

1. Relevant banking industry experience, with experience in foreign exchange remittance business operations being an advantage;

2. Good self-learning ability and strong stress resistance.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

1. English proficiency: Level 4

2. Possession of futures industry qualifications is an advantage
