Tencent Cloud is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Expert to join our team. As a Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical services to our enterprise clients, ensuring their cloud stability and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 7*24 technical services to enterprise clients, ensuring their cloud stability and satisfaction.
- Deeply understand client business scenarios and work closely with clients to ensure cloud stability and provide high-quality cloud computing experiences.
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues and risks during the cloud migration process and continuously improve Tencent Cloud products and services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in related fields such as cloud computing, databases, storage, networking, and big data.
- Familiarity with cloud computing products and technologies, with actual operation experience and Tencent Cloud certification preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud-native system architecture design methods and experience in designing and implementing application and data migration schemes.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and expression skills, as well as document writing skills.
