Your Key Responsibilities

Technical:

  • Develop and improve friction linings and materials
  • Drive process development from concept to series production
  • Create specifications for friction material production
  • Provide technical support to customers on application technology
  • Characterize friction materials and raw materials
  • Develop and produce yarns for friction materials
  • Support production trials, evaluation, and optimization
  • Maintain SAP data and collaborate with colleagues

Organizational:

  • Manage and document development projects
  • Collaborate on D-FMEA and P-FMEA
  • Assist with patent monitoring and creation

Your Qualifications

At least 4 years of university education in chemical, process, or mechanical engineering

3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or similar field

Knowledge of basic Q-methods (DOE, FMEA, statistical methods)

Good knowledge of English, Chinese, and German
