About the Role

The Senior Recruiter will drive consistency, optimize processes, and create cohesion across the Monks APAC recruitment team. This role will help drive home the vision and Monks mission by creating a transformational work experience with meaningful professional growth and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Greater China.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, regional leaders, and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and HR business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiters to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across Greater China.
  • Experience with using an ATS system, ideally Greenhouse, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations and priorities.
