Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to grasp business goals and requirements, translating them into AI solution frameworks for audio products. Work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities where AI applications can drive business expansion. Architect comprehensive AI solutions utilizing machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies. Create architectural designs and technical specifications for AI systems, considering scalability, performance, security, and cost. Oversee the deployment of AI architectures, selecting suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools. Conduct performance assessments and optimizations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AI systems. Remain informed about emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices, assessing their potential influence on our solutions. Collaborate with software engineers, audio DSP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows. Foster innovation by investigating new use cases and applications for AI across various sectors and businesses.Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; PhD preferred. 3-5+ years of experience as an AI architect, AI engineer, or in a similar capacity, with a proven history of designing and implementing AI solutions. Extensive knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing, and other AI methodologies and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of AI services and tools provided by these platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex requirements and designing innovative AI architectures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative team player who can engage with all levels of the organization. Proficient in both spoken and written English. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in integrating and troubleshooting audio DSP is beneficial. Open-minded and capable of thinking creatively. Values transparency and acknowledges the importance of reporting both positive and negative developments. Driven by schedules and deadlines. Shows innovation and is willing to take calculated risks.
