Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business goals and requirements, translating them into AI solution architectures for audio products. Work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities where AI applications can drive business expansion. Architect comprehensive AI solutions utilizing machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies. Formulate architectural designs and technical specifications for AI systems, taking into account scalability, performance, security, and cost considerations. Oversee the deployment of AI architectures, including the selection of suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools. Conduct performance assessments and optimizations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AI systems. Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices, assessing their potential impact on our solutions. Collaborate with software engineers, audio DSP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows. Foster innovation by exploring new use cases and applications for AI across various sectors and businesses.Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; PhD preferred. A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as an AI architect, AI engineer, or in a similar capacity, with a proven record of designing and implementing AI solutions. Extensive knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing, and other AI methodologies and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of AI services and tools available on these platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex requirements and designing innovative AI architectures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative team player who can engage with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in integrating and troubleshooting audio DSP is a plus. Open-minded and capable of thinking creatively. Values transparency and acknowledges the importance of reporting both positive and negative developments. Schedule-oriented and deadline-driven.
