About the Role
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to:
Take on the technical accountability for the comprehensive development and integration of primarily Audio products for the global professional markets. Ensure the conformity, completeness, and integrity of the design in relation to the product requirement specifications. Act as the technical partner to the project manager; balancing progress and risks alongside relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Your Team
This role will report to the Director of Electronics. This position does not entail any direct or indirect reports. However, Senior Principal Engineers are expected to demonstrate strong leadership abilities and mentor junior engineers to guide their professional development and activities. This team is responsible for creating Professional Audio products, including Passive Loudspeakers, Powered Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, and Audio Signal Processors.
What You Will Do
What You Need
Degree in Engineering, such as Acoustics, Electronics, or Mechanics, with a minimum of 10 years' experience for MS and 15 years' for BS in the development of Audio or Electrical products. Strong understanding in at least one of the following areas: Acoustics, Firmware, Software, Hardware (preferred), or Mechanics. Familiarity with compliance, testing, and validation processes. Positive team player with exceptional communication skills. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.What is Nice to Have
Experience in Audio product development. Familiarity with JDM/ODM/OEM suppliers. Background as a Systems Engineer/Technical Lead or training/certification in Systems Engineering. Experience with products designed for Professional Audio applications and relevant standards.
