Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager at LotusFlare, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, and Twitter. Your primary goal will be to identify, secure, and manage key opinion leader (KOL) partnerships, ensuring a meaningful and recurring relationship with existing partners. Additionally, you will work closely with our product, marketing, and commercial partnerships team to promote and build the brand for LotusFlare. You will focus on building an organic presence in our social community, working cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product, and other teams. You will also measure, report, and analyze campaign performance across channels, translating findings into actionable recommendations to improve future performance. Furthermore, you will stay up-to-date with the social media landscape to generate better engagement in new channels and build social campaigns based on global events and seasonal trends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-4 years of experience in social media management, particularly on the platforms mentioned above. Experience in product marketing management is a plus. You will also need to focus on social, travel, leisure, and hospitality companies, as well as have experience with KOLs/influencers and SEO content generation. A bachelor's degree in marketing-related or social media-related fields is a plus but not required. You must have excellent spoken English and be able to wield language skillfully to match a specified tone of voice and brand-led strategic messaging. You will also need excellent organizational skills, strong business analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset to managing metrics. Finally, you will be able to take ownership of initiatives, execute on ideas quickly, and thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.
