Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Manager for the HOA-Shaanxi Branch, you will be responsible for driving business performance, sales growth, and cost control within your assigned region. You will lead a team of professionals to achieve sales targets, develop talent, and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and business performance metrics
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with 8+ years in a management role
  • University degree or higher
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
