  • Plan and scope employee fraud, abuse, and waste expense investigations
  • Execute investigation plans, prepare findings, and work with HR, Legal, and Finance on results
  • Deep dive into employee expense data and reporting to flag anomalies and patterns of abuse or wasteful spending
  • Partner with various stakeholders to identify root cause defects, resolve complex problems, improve processes, and prevent similar occurrences in the future
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with SQL and Excel, professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
