Job Title: ADAS Function Owner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS Function Owner to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As an ADAS Function Owner, you will be responsible for developing functional specifications, leading suppliers to deliver robust software development, and validating ADAS 360 View and Parking features on our next-gen cockpit platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop functional specifications for ADAS 360 View and Parking features, including SPSS and STSS, in collaboration with ADAS 360 View and Parking Feature owners.
  • Lead suppliers to deliver robust and qualified software development, implementation, and validation at all levels to bring up defined 360 View and Parking features/functions on our targeting solution and platform.
  • Master in Vehicle Engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in ADAS 360 Surround View and Parking function or software development.
  • Knowledge and capability in vision and graphics fundamentals, camera video technology, rendering and stitching algorithms, SOC platforms, and Android/QNX system.
  • Understanding of view and ultrasonic perception sensors and their working principles, including key components.
  • Familiarity with latest EE architecture and vehicle communication protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet) and diagnostic.
  • Experience in Quality/Reliability processes, including Design FMEA, ASPICE, and 8D (or similar problem-solving methods).
  • Proactive working style with good communication skills and willingness to travel.
  • Good English skills in writing, reading, listening, and speaking.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in ADAS 360 Surround View and Parking function or software development.
