Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of daily maintenance tasks and monitor the performance of machinery and utilities, ensuring systematic management of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM). Conduct failure analysis and provide rapid troubleshooting solutions, implementing effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to enhance maintenance operations. Participate in the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aimed at continuously improving maintenance efficiency and maximizing equipment and utilities availability. Collaborate with process and technical engineers to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety through the optimization of equipment operations, alongside energy management and security system oversight. Manage investment projects related to equipment and facilities maintenance, particularly in the construction sector. Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is essential. A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a relevant industry, with familiarity in CNC and testing equipment being advantageous. Comprehensive understanding of production processes and proficiency in Failure Analysis Techniques. Strong electrical safety awareness and thorough knowledge of electrical safety regulations, with experience in AUTOCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens, OMRON), and FANUC CNC preferred. Certifications in Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) electrical operations are desirable. Familiarity with the types and routine testing of LV motors is a plus. A solid understanding of the construction and building sector is beneficial. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
