About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Physics to join our team at eChinaCareers. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our physics program, ensuring that it aligns with our school's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive physics curriculum that meets the needs of our students and aligns with international standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of physics teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with other subject leaders to develop and implement a cohesive and integrated curriculum across all subjects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the physics program, making recommendations for improvement and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in physics education, incorporating new ideas and approaches into our program.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in physics or a related field, with a strong educational background and qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in teaching and managing international high school physics, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge and teaching skills in physics, with the ability to stimulate students' interest and learning motivation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Ability to work closely with the school management team to promote the development of the school.
