Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Physics Head to join our team at eChinaCareers. As a key member of our educational institution, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Physics program, ensuring it meets the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Physics curriculum that aligns with international standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of Physics teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in teaching and managing Physics programs in international schools.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
