About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced History Teacher to join our team at a Private School in Qingdao. This is a full-time position starting from February or August 2024.

The school provides internationalized education from primary school to high school and is committed to delivering high-quality education. With over 2500 students and 350 teachers, including 20 foreign teachers, we offer a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach the school's History curriculum to G7 to G12 students aged 12-18 years old
  • Prepare lessons and lectures, develop tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report comments
  • Co-teach with Chinese teachers and contribute to the development and improvement of the school-based curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing targets to ensure all learners succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
  • Work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 7:50am to 17:30pm
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 2 years of school teaching experience
  • Teaching certificates
  • Excellent English communicative skills

  • Monthly Salary of 20,000 to 28,000 RMB before tax
