As a Technical Marketing professional within STMicroelectronics' General Purpose Microcontroller (GPM) department, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the presence and revenue of our STM32 MPU product line in the dynamic Chinese market. This position combines technical expertise with business acumen to execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the MPU sector. Leverage your insights to develop strategic recommendations that empower sales teams to capture maximum market share.
  • Manage a portfolio of MPU accounts, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and understanding their unique requirements. Drive design wins and revenue growth for our product line while ensuring profitability.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to sustain long-term growth for STM32 MPUs and cultivate a thriving ecosystem around the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to identify new business opportunities and propose tailored technical solutions that address customer needs effectively.
  • Lead product launch initiatives, encompassing customer engagement programs, sales and channel training sessions, press collateral development, and promotional campaigns in partnership with the marketing communication team.
  • Contribute to the division's roadmap for new products and ecosystem enhancements by ensuring alignment with market demands in China.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems, MPU applications, or marketing within the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in industrial and energy markets is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of semiconductor business models and challenges.
  • Technical background is a plus.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Possess a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
