ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Oversee and direct all initiatives related to the quality assurance framework, encompassing both internal and external evaluations, while striving for continual enhancement of management practices.
  2. Manage the documentation processes within the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of quality systems at the Songjiang facility to guarantee adherence to ISO9001, Hala, EFfCl GMP Certification, Halal Certification standards, and IATF 16949, while leading preparations for internal and external audits.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the annual Management Review, focusing on the ongoing improvement of plant management standards.
  • Organize and conduct customer audits, ensuring that the quality of the facility aligns with client expectations and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement quality training programs within the facility to continually elevate employee capabilities.
  • Lead the introduction of new products into the market.
  • Oversee the document management system for the facility in a digital format.
  • Conduct layer process audits, ensuring that all identified issues are addressed and preventive measures are implemented.
  • Monitor the performance metrics of the quality department.
  • Drive supplier quality enhancements through SCAR and on-site audits.
  • Assist management in fostering a quality-centric culture and enhancing the quality awareness among all staff.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing customer complaints and the rate of non-conformance management.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO9001, EFfCI, etc., along with an internal auditor certification.
    • Proficiency in quality analysis tools.
    • Software proficiency: SharePoint, Office Suite, Statistical analysis software, etc.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • A minimum of 8 years in quality management.
    • Experience within the automotive sector.
    • Familiarity with IATF16949 standards.
