We are seeking a skilled Area CHB Product Lead to drive growth and meet customer expectations in the CHB service delivery within their area.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in customs field, both Freight forwarder/Customs broker and MNC background. Familiarity with Customs & CIQ clearance process as well as relevant policies is essential.
The Area CHB Product Lead will be responsible for identifying customer needs and pain points which can be addressed by the product idea, optimizing internal CHB working process, and defining growth/segmentation opportunities.
This role involves driving area service delivery and growth, leading area training, and supporting product development and improvement.
The successful candidate will translate customer needs and business opportunities into solutions, possess smooth internal/external communication skills and presentation, and demonstrate customer centricity and willingness to actively meet with key clients.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include diverse career opportunities, professional development programs, and a dynamic work environment.
