Job Summary

As a seasoned EPC Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of small to medium-sized Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing risk, scheduling, and resource allocation, while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple small to medium-sized Services projects and/or a small EPC project.
  • Coordinate with multiple clients and/or projects, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with fixed-price engineering, new technologies, and new clients.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Management Responsibilities

You will serve as a project manager, overseeing a dynamic project team with varying compositions. Your leadership skills will be essential in driving project success and ensuring team members are equipped to meet project objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in EPC projects and hydropower.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

Certifications

No specific certifications are required, but relevant industry certifications are highly valued.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

This role requires working in typical office environments, construction sites, and potentially extreme weather conditions. You must be able to sit, walk, talk, hear, read, write, keyboard, drive, and perform other physical tasks as required.

This role is part of the Project Management salary plan.
