Job Title: Product Design Expert

As a Product Design Expert at Zoom, you will be responsible for leading the design of our B2B products, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in driving product innovation and ensuring seamless user interactions across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user insights, analyze data, and inform product decisions.
  • Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces, ensuring consistency and coherence across all platforms.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product design.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent understanding of human-centered design principles, user research, and design systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with remote teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on large-scale design projects, with a focus on user experience and usability.
  • Knowledge of design systems, design languages, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to create design specifications, style guides, and design systems documentation.
