Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Operation Manager to join our team at Supply Chain Resources Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing component forecasts, collaborating with Global Supply Managers, and executing sourcing data reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and publish component forecasts to vendors
  • Support Global Supply Managers in maintaining forecast databases and refreshing data as needed
  • Develop tools and portals to support supplier onboarding and data management
  • Execute PO audits with component manufacturers and publish results to relevant teams
  • Collect component lead times and emergency survey data from suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with Global Supply Managers
  • Manage external communication with suppliers to resolve supply shortages
  • Communicate component supply schedules to internal stakeholders
  • Create and manage supplier supply commit and continuity performance metrics
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in supplier management or procurement
  • Strong knowledge of supply and factory material management
  • Excellent data analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
