We're seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead our DND Supply Chain Design team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for consolidating and implementing business rules to plan, execute, and successfully launch projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Securing effective monitoring, support, and coordination for NPI, Migrations, and EOL projects among supply chain central teams.
  • Assessing, demanding, planning, and understanding portfolio (NPI/EOL).
  • Coordinating entire Long Tail Management program.
  • Reinforcing foundations in Inventory/Material Management related to Offer Management.
  • Helping migrate End-to-End planning capabilities towards IBP SAP for NPI Management.
  • Proactively managing constraints and escalation points to Business.
  • Managing relationships from an End-to-End supply chain with Business for Industrial Transfers and Launches.
  • Supporting the journey to mature SnOP practices and S&OE foundations, integrating NPI Management as part of discussions/decisions.
  • Identifying and driving opportunities in project management to improve materials planning, logistics, demand management, manufacturing capacity, and customer experience.
  • Reviewing full Supply Chain deployment Business rules and Supply Chain orchestration on existing design and assessing opportunities to drive differentiation to Business.
  • Helping construct Portfolio Management review as an additional pillar to our S&Op roadmap.
  • Developing IBP modules End-to-End to drive Blueprint and differentiation for the company.
  • Driving Long Tail Management program.
  • Reinforcing Business standards/Practices to support Portfolio Management.
  • Driving Analytics roadmap to support outperforming competition.

  • Ship to Request – End-to-End Lead Time – Customer Net Promoter Score (Focus on Launches).
  • Inventory Turns and Health.
  • Total Cost to Serve.
  • SOP Maturity.
  • End-to-End Planning Efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree.
  • 18+ years of experience in Supply Chain roles – preferably operational and functional track records.
  • 10+ years in Leadership driving Cross-Cultural teams.
  • Highly customer-centric.
  • Abilities to drive Projects E2E, with a track record of achieving effective change management.
  • High proficiency in Material Management – Demand/Supply Planning & SnOP – Customer Experience a must – Manufacturing Planning a Plus.
  • Strong expertise with Offer Creation Process and NPI.
  • Strong Analytical & Continuous Improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of Data Analytics capabilities.
  • Knowledge of SAP, IBP, or equivalent planning tools a plus.
  • Strong people & Organizational Leadership Skills: Reliable; Change Agent; People-oriented; Approachable, Great Team Player.
  • Highly customer-centric oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in 1-to-1 situations and group settings.
  • Ability to prioritize very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment.
  • Language skills: Excellent English (verbal/written) required, Chinese a Must.
  • Ability to influence and convince (Strategic).
