About the Role

ZS is a leading management consulting and technology firm that transforms global healthcare and beyond. As a Project Assistant, you will work alongside a talented team of experts to shape life-changing solutions for patients, caregivers, and consumers worldwide.

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Shanghai office. In this role, you will support business growth by conducting market research, analyzing data, and communicating results to ZS teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and desk research to derive insights and inform client decision-making
  • Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, and ZS's proprietary software
  • Synthesize and communicate results to ZS teams
  • Support business growth in the Shanghai office

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in any discipline, with a strong academic record and analytical coursework
  • Medical-related background preferred, but business, engineering, or other fields are welcomed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and effective oral and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and high motivation
  • Aptitude for and enjoyment of working in teams
  • Flexible hours to participate in projects, with remote work required at least 3 days per week
