About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Fuel Cell business at ZF Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our fuel cell products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer requirements and competitor dynamics.
- Develop and implement a market entry strategy for fuel cell APAC in alignment with our global product strategy.
- Identify and develop opportunities for internal and external growth, including mergers and acquisitions and partnerships.
- Analyze our global and regional product portfolio to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Initiate product idea assessment and feasibility studies for new products, and align them with our product development strategy.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of working experience in the automotive industry.
- A solid understanding of fuel cell systems, with a preference for candidates with experience in both fuel cell systems and fuel cell compressor companies.
- Good connections with fuel cell players, with a preference for candidates with sophisticated experience in business development.
- An engineering background is a must.
- Solid desk research, analysis skills, and a strategic thinking mindset.
