About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as Chief Financial Officer, Greater China. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance and strategy across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Develop and implement monthly analysis and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Establish and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Lead the development of quarterly and annual business plans, including financial projections and resource allocation.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance financial reporting.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement new financial systems and processes.

Leadership and Development:

Provide guidance and support to finance team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Mentor and coach junior staff to achieve career growth and development goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) or MBA.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Hyperion, Essbase, and other financial tools.
