About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for determining the validity and authorizing settlement of individual life insurance claims.

  • Assess and settle individual life insurance claims arising from policies in force
  • Make recommendations on policies and guidelines to individual life insurance claims
  • Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
  • Process all individual life insurance claims documents timely
  • Answer inquiries relating to claims processing
