About the Role:

As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing new technologies and products for dry-type transformers. Your expertise will be crucial in leading product and process development projects, assessing production processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop new technologies and products for dry-type transformers.
  • Lead product and process development projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Assess production processes and proactively identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Organize prototyping and testing activities to validate new technologies and products.
  • Document and transfer knowledge and findings from R&D to production environments.
  • Provide technical support to other departments, including product management, business development, marketing, and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology solutions, international standards, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain internal standards and coordination on product standardization.
  • Develop and maintain design tools in the domain area.
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing to colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE aspects and applicable standards and regulations.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a similar field. You should have a solid track record as a project leader and proficiency in MS Office, statistical, and simulation tools. Additionally, you should be a responsible team player with a structured, proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented work approach.
