We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Post Launch Innovation team in Shanghai. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering products for the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver an optimized consumer experience within the desired time-to-market and product cost.
  • Manage full product developments independently, including derivatives of existing products, special and limited editions, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work in a small autonomous team driven by speed, performance, quality, and project efficiency.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (oral & written).
  • Demonstrable experience in product management and/or project management roles.
  • Solid understanding of product hardware development and project management.
  • A solid understanding of the product manager role, actively expanding your expertise in desirability (UX and design principles), feasibility (engineering constraints), and viability (cost, time-to-market, ROI) to drive user-centered innovation.
  • Ability to quickly grasp projects scope and constraints, and excellent problem-solving skills to make calculated trade-off decisions based on sound business acumen.
  • Capacity to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and effectively collaborate with diverse local and global teams.
