Deputy Project Director of Signaling Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Project Director of Signaling Operations to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of signaling projects, focusing on strategic transformation programs. Your primary objective will be to maximize results in terms of cash and margin while delivering projects on time and in conformity with Alstom's project management and execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for signaling projects QCDP performance and optimize project financial performance (margin & cash).
  • Be responsible for the project governance, define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including objectives allocation regarding planning, cost, quality, performance, etc.
  • Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out, including team leading, customer and stakeholder management, proactive risk, saving and opportunity management, and management of project progress and its KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 5 year experience as project manager in railway industry of which at least 2 year experience of medium critical projects.
  • Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures.
