Job Summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our APAC team. As a key member of our Global Sourcing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive enterprise value through supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing projects, select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance and relationships.
  • Manage the APAC supply base, delivering best-in-class product cost, quality, service, compliance, and innovation for Cardinal Health branded products.
  • Co-develop and execute global sourcing strategies to achieve best-in-class value, sustainable productivity, and high levels of quality and service.
  • Ensure compliance with company business ethics and procedures.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, preferably in a multinational company or global environment.
  • Solid Strategic Sourcing capability, with experience in end-to-end sourcing scope, including supplier scouting, selection, contracting, and life cycle management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with high fluency in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams in Asia and the US.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and full of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Experience with Wound care product project sourcing.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment to deliver cost, quality, and service results.
