Job Title: Senior SHE Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Roche's SHE standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving SHE performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of SHE initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on SHE best practices and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on SHE key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as SHE, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a SHE role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and standards, including Roche's SHE policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
