Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SHE&S Director for our AP Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions, including recruiting, attendance reports, entry & exit process, employees' communication, file management, training supporting, etc.

Key Responsibilities


  2. Work independently to provide accurate attendance reports, safety hours, allowance reports etc. to HRM monthly in time; in charge of employees' shift, attendance, leave reports.
  3. Collaborate closely with other departments for HR process, including entry & exit process, contract renewing process, probation process, transition process etc.
  4. Respond to employees' queries on HR-related matters.
  5. Support training and development activities, including annual training implement, training contract signing up, training vendors communication, etc.
  6. Assist in the implementation of China HR system in Zhuhai & Shenzhen plants; responsible for daily operations.
  7. Contribute to the optimization of HR processes and operations, ensuring efficient working processes.
  8. Work closely with other HR peers for recruiting or other HR functions.
  9. Perform other tasks as delegated by HRM.

Requirements


  • Excellent English reading skills; good oral English skills a plus.
  • Strong motivation for career development in HR; high motivation for being excellent.
  • Logical expression skills, learning skills and communication skills; strong ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Careful and patient with a persevering personality.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Senior student in bachelor or above; having social practices a plus.
