SHE&S Director, AP Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SHE&S Director to join our team in the AP Region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of safety, health, and environmental strategies that drive business growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety, health, and environmental procedures and protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to stay informed of changing regulations and best practices.
- Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in safety, health, and environmental management.
