Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at BSH Home Appliances Group, you will be responsible for conducting deep dive analysis on market share and business status on key accounts and channels. You will monitor channel developing trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities. Your tasks will include ensuring KPI tracking of key accounts and channels, qualifying and consolidating data resources, and supporting channel sales policies design and optimization. You will also maintain close communication and information sharing with related functions in HQ and sales clusters.
Deliverables:
1. Monthly business analysis report on key accounts and channels;
2. PMR reports, ad hoc and regular market and competitor analysis reports;
3. Monthly scorecards of key accounts and channels are up to date;
4. Data pool of key accounts, channels, and competitors are valid and up to date;
5. Frontline feedbacks and market insights for sales policies;
6. Data and information synchronization of related departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market share analysis and identify business opportunities;
2. Monitor channel developing trends and competitor activities;
3. Ensure KPI tracking of key accounts and channels;
4. Qualify and consolidate data resources;
5. Support channel sales policies design and optimization;
6. Maintain close communication and information sharing with related functions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
2. 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, market research, or sales performance analysis;
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
5. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software;
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
