About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to drive process development and continuous improvement in our FAB SZ FTZ plant. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product application 'Fitness for Use' and be able to develop and implement process improvements to ensure product performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute process projects, including development, scale-up, process validation, and improvement initiatives.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to determine root cause and develop corrective and preventative actions.
  • Understand interaction and apply critical process parameters to ensure process reliability and provide process-related input to risk assessments.
  • Drive and execute data management in relevant systems, ensuring data quality and supporting the implementation of new systems.
  • Perform document work according to guidelines and utilize quality system tools.
  • Engage in challenge and review to ensure robust technical work is executed and stakeholders are informed of current work state and potential impact to their function.
Required Qualifications:
  • B.S. or above in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in a continuous process environment, with a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and mechanical aptitude.
  • Track record of success in driving/supporting/participating project for product development, capital investment, process improving, product quality improving, and process problem solving.
  • Strong team player with high initiative, easy-going, and ready to share valuable experience with others.
  • Excellent command of English in a business environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% (if applicable).

  • Laminate process or textile-related industry experience and knowledge.
