- Partner with the business team to drive cash flow improvement, past due reduction, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) optimization.
- Follow a strict collection policy and strategy to complete daily collection activities and meet collection targets and KPIs, including cash, payment delay percentage, dispute resolution, and call volume targets.
- Actively communicate with customers and the business unit to push for timely payments and coordinate with other departments to resolve payment issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in AR collection work.
- Strong communication and office skills, with good English language skills for reading and writing.
