Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Development Manager to lead our critical infrastructure build-up project at our Guangzhou plant. This strategic initiative aims to expand our operations and drive growth in the region.

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, specifically in infrastructure development and build-up. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management is also essential. Excellent budgeting and financial management skills are required, along with proficiency in project management software and tools.

Salary: Estimated salary range is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the overall project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in infrastructure development and build-up.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
