Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compressor Engineer to join our team at BSH Home Appliances Group. As a key member of our compressor team, you will be responsible for the release of compressor sets, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the GDE compressor team to ensure seamless compressor set release.
  • Familiarize yourself with industry-related standards for compressors and inverters.
  • Evaluate compressor functionality, including vibration, noise, lifetime, and cooling performance.
  • Participate in the overall refrigerator product project development process, ensuring timely compressor release and meeting project requirements.
  • Address technical issues related to compressors and inverters, and implement quality improvements.
  • Participate in supplier audits for compressors and inverters.

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of thermal dynamics, heat transfer, and refrigeration theory, as well as fluid dynamics.
  • Preferably, knowledge of mechanical design.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
