Role Purpose

To drive sales growth and expand market share with existing and new product lines, leveraging internal integrated resources and strategic partnerships with Ali Group.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and maintain healthy DOH.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet sales targets and deepen consumer engagement.
  • Work closely with distributor logistics providers to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery of products.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Budget management, including budget planning and claiming on time.
  • Continually improve ROI in channel/customer investment lever.
  • Expand emerging channel within Ali Ecosystem.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • College or bachelor's degree.
  • At least 6 years EC working experience on sales role, rich experience in Ali. FMCG or OTC industry is preferred.
  • Good sales planning skill and learning agility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Good execution and result-driven.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Basic English skill on both writing and oral.
