E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Role Purpose
To drive sales growth and expand market share with existing and new product lines, leveraging internal integrated resources and strategic partnerships with Ali Group.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and maintain healthy DOH.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet sales targets and deepen consumer engagement.
- Work closely with distributor logistics providers to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery of products.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Budget management, including budget planning and claiming on time.
- Continually improve ROI in channel/customer investment lever.
- Expand emerging channel within Ali Ecosystem.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- College or bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 years EC working experience on sales role, rich experience in Ali. FMCG or OTC industry is preferred.
- Good sales planning skill and learning agility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Good execution and result-driven.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Basic English skill on both writing and oral.
