Job Title: Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for implementing and executing HSEQ management programs in China through collaboration with the Management team. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all government environmental, health and safety regulations and reporting requirements via key initiatives and activities. These include developing compliance policies, performing internal audits to monitor compliance throughout in Asia Pacific, assisting BDP offices on-site to take necessary corrective action in the event of compliance shortcomings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HSEQ management programs in China, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and programs.

2. Ensure compliance with all applicable government policies/legislation and codes governing environmental health and safety.

3. Respond and provide assistance to all emergency situations, leading incident investigations and implementing corrective and preventative solutions.

4. Liaise with customers and vendors on matters pertaining to EHSQ management.

5. Manage consultants and certification bodies when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.

2. Relevant Certification in Dangerous Goods handling/Safety transportation local, Air & Sea freight.

3. Registered Safety Officer an added advantage.

4. 3-5 years' experience in Environment, Health & Safety, and Quality, with expertise sufficient to manage a regional program.

5. Lead Auditor for ISO, ISO, and ISO International Standard.
