Job Responsibilities
  • Teach IB or AP psychology courses to high school students, promoting critical thinking skills and academic rigor.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintain a well-organized classroom environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in high school psychology, preferably with IB or AP teaching background.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological models, theories, and research methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to students.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
