Job Summary:

Lead and manage a team of security architecture and engineering professionals in Great China, ensuring the implementation of robust security controls and compliance with Marriott International's security standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect Marriott's assets and data.
  • Manage and maintain security architecture and engineering teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security integration with business operations.
  • Perform security assessments and provide recommendations to improve security posture.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in information security, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
