Strategic Security Operations Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Security Director to join our team in Shanghai, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic operations to protect Organon resources from internal and external threats.
Key Responsibilities:
The Security Director will work closely with the Organon Head of Security to:
- Develop and implement anti-counterfeit and brand protection strategies
- Lead the execution of Organon’s Workplace Security Strategy and Travel Security Program Strategy
- Manage operational expenditures and provide financial stewardship of China budget
- Collaborate with matrixed and contract personnel globally to achieve security objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Security Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in anti-counterfeiting and product integrity/brand protection
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Crisis Management, Physical Security, and investigation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role
- Strong knowledge of anti-counterfeiting laws, regulations, and enforcement environment in China
- Demonstrated experience interacting with senior leadership and managing in a matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications:
A law degree, American Society for Industrial Security Certification, or National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Certification is highly desirable.
