At ANDRITZ, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Reutlingen. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from site preparation to final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire installation process, including site preparation, equipment erection, and testing.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of installation teams, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, installation teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber-line equipment installation.
  • Strong mechanical background and understanding of mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (CET4 or higher).
