Job Title: PP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced PP Consultant to join our team in a dynamic environment, focusing on the Commercial Workstream within SAP PP (Production Planning). This role will involve managing production planning processes and optimizing manufacturing operations to support the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP PP solutions to streamline production planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective production planning practices within SAP PP.
  • Develop and maintain production plans, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory management objectives.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards throughout the production planning lifecycle.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for Production Planning, including master data management, capacity planning, and scheduling.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for end-users on production planning functionalities in SAP PP.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives, aligning with business needs and operational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience working with SAP PP, specifically in production planning and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of Production Planning best practices and methodologies within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across various functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
