  • Develop new products and process procedures based on research and evaluations to support the development of innovative fabrics.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to improve production performance and identify opportunities to reduce operating costs in knitting, dyeing, and finishing areas, as well as overall product raw material costs.
  • Review and approve formulas, procedures, and specifications related to the commercialization of new products.
  • Allocate time to research new technologies and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in textile development, particularly in knitted fabrics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Dye and Finishing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in textile manufacturing and development.
  • 5+ years of work experience in textile product engineering, design, or development in a manufacturing company, with a preference for circular and/or warp knitting experience.
  • Experience in creating work plans for development trials, coordinating trials with manufacturing operations departments.
  • Significant project management experience, including product cost, quality, manufacturability, and design assessments.
  • High level of curiosity, creativity, excellent decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to drive innovation.
  • Ability to travel as required.
