Key Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the Sales initiatives to achieve both strategic and financial goals for the Sales Team.

  • Develop and refine reporting mechanisms and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Sales-related functions, encompassing Sales Performance, Funnel Metrics, and Booking & Shipment Forecasting. Strive for continuous enhancement of reporting tools and review methodologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership on the annual sales compensation framework, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly calculations of sales compensation.
  • Assist in the allocation of annual Sales Targets.
  • Facilitate pricing strategies in conjunction with Finance teams, which includes tasks such as reviewing list prices, updating the Special Price Request process, and monitoring profit margins to ensure alignment with profitability goals.
  • Engage with Sales and Marketing teams to formulate pricing strategies and oversee post-booking evaluations.
  • Support sales bidding and tender processes, including preparation, pricing proposals, submission, contract approvals, and management.
  • Oversee price loading and maintenance within SAP systems.
  • Manage CRM administration and enhancements, serving as the primary contact for CRM-related issues, organizing training for the sales team, and developing insightful dashboards.
  • Document standard operating procedures related to sales order management.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A recognized College Degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/Service Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, Planning, or Finance, preferably within the Medical Device or Healthcare sectors.
  • Proven experience in sales and pricing analysis.
  • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and similar tools.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
