About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our Haleon Wellness team in the South East Asia and Taiwan region. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Wellness portfolio in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with local teams to develop and implement brand activation plans.
  • Monitor and analyze market performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Filipino is a requirement for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in brand development and management.
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and manage budgets.
